AI is brilliant, but it isn’t your health practitioner.

Let’s be honest… we can all Google our symptoms, we always could, even before AI took over.

We can ask ChatGPT for a meal plan.

We can upload blood test results and ask AI to explain them.

We can find endless advice about weight loss, hormones, gut health, protein, supplements and menopause in seconds.

And that’s not necessarily a bad thing.

AI is a fantastic tool.

But there’s something it can’t replace…

A human who looks at YOU.

Because your health isn’t a list of individual symptoms.

Maybe you’re struggling with weight gain, but you’re also exhausted.

Your sleep has changed.

You’re drinking more coffee because you’re tired.

Your periods have become unpredictable.

You’re stressed at work.

You’ve started exercising more but your body isn’t responding as it used to.

You’ve had a health issue in the past that you don’t necessarily think is relevant.

You’re taking medication or supplements.

And perhaps there are things you simply haven’t thought to tell ChatGPT because you didn’t realise they mattered.

This is where personalised nutritional therapy comes in.

Back at @workclockwise in Bromley again this morning for another round of Nutrition MOTs! 😊

It's been lovely chatting with members about the little changes that can make a surprisingly big difference to how you feel.

One conversation that kept coming up was how trying to change everything at once often leads to overwhelm. Instead, we talked about focusing on one habit at a time. Small, consistent changes are far more likely to stick than a complete lifestyle overhaul.

We've also been talking a lot about digestive health. Bloating, sluggish digestion and irregular bowels aren't just something you have to put up with—they're often signs that your body needs a little support. Looking after your gut can have a positive impact on your energy, mood and overall wellbeing too.

It was lovely meeting so many people and having conversations about nutrition, energy, wellbeing and the everyday challenges of staying healthy in a busy life. Everyone's goals and circumstances were different, but one thing was clear—there's no one-size-fits-all approach to health.
